Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our platform team. You will design and build APIs that power financial applications used by millions across West Africa. Responsibilities: - Architect and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript - Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers - Collaborate with product and design teams on feature specifications - Improve system reliability and performance (99.9% uptime target) - Participate in on-call rotation for production systems

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Excellent communication skills in English - BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
