Sales Executive

Kumasi Retail Group is hiring Sales Executives to join our growing field sales team. You will be responsible for driving product distribution to retail outlets across the Ashanti Region. Responsibilities: - Visit assigned retail outlets daily to take orders and ensure product availability - Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned product lines - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors - Conduct market intelligence and report on competitor activities - Merchandise products according to brand guidelines - Collect payments and manage account receivables

- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 0-2 years of sales or field marketing experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Twi - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Valid motorcycle license is a strong advantage - Willingness to work in the field 5 days per week
