Operations Manager

We need an Operations Manager to coordinate logistics, equipment, and workforce deployment across multiple construction sites. This is a critical leadership role. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate daily operations across 5+ active project sites - Manage equipment fleet (excavators, graders, trucks) and maintenance schedules - Oversee procurement of construction materials and vendor relationships - Ensure Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance on all sites - Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines - Report on operational KPIs to senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field - 6+ years of experience in construction operations or logistics - Strong knowledge of HSE standards and practices - Experience managing teams of 50+ field workers - Proficiency in project management software - NEBOSH or OSHA certification is a plus
