Human Resources Manager

Ashanti Healthcare Group is hiring an HR Manager to lead our people operations across all facilities. You will drive recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Ghana Labour Act - Lead recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (200+ employees) - Manage payroll, benefits, and SSNIT compliance - Design and deliver training and development programs - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - SHRM, CIPD, or IHRMP certification preferred - 5+ years of HR management experience - Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Act and employment regulations - Experience in healthcare sector is a significant advantage - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
