Financial Controller

Gold Coast Finance is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. This role reports directly to the CFO and manages a team of 8 accountants. Responsibilities: - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes - Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS - Manage internal and external audit processes - Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts - Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulatory requirements - Lead a team of 8 accounting professionals

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAG, ACCA, or CPA) - 7+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bank of Ghana reporting requirements - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Sage) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in financial services industry required
