Data Analyst

TechNova is hiring a Data Analyst to help our clients make better decisions with data. You will work directly with banking and telecom clients to build dashboards, reports, and predictive models. Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights - Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Metabase - Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data - Present findings to non-technical stakeholders - Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipeline improvements

- 3+ years of data analysis experience - Advanced SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, query optimization) - Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis - Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Background in fintech or telecom is a plus
