Compliance Officer

We are hiring a Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory compliance framework. You will ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities: - Monitor and ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations and AML/CFT requirements - Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments across all business units - Investigate suspicious transactions and file SARs when required - Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff - Liaise with regulators during examinations and audits - Maintain and update the company compliance policy manual

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services - Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and KYC requirements - CAMS certification is highly preferred - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication in English
