Clinical Pharmacist

Ashanti Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our flagship hospital in Kumasi. You will work closely with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy for patients. Responsibilities: - Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness - Provide drug information and clinical consultation to medical teams - Monitor patients for adverse drug reactions and drug interactions - Participate in clinical rounds with the medical team - Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations - Contribute to the hospital's antibiotic stewardship program

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) - Licensed by the Pharmacy Council of Ghana - 3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience - Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team - Post-graduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage
